How do I join the Adarsh Palm Retreat Condominiums Phase 3 (APRC P3) ApnaComplex (AC) Portal as an OWNER/TENANT?

All the apartment owners became members of the APR Condominiums Phase 3 Owner’s Association (OA) when the Association was formed. As part of the membership of the OA, it is also incumbent that all owners are registered and approved as members on the ApnaComplex portal. Subsequent to membership of the portal, if the member is deactivated in the portal, for whatever reasons, it does not impact the Owner’s Association membership of the owner.
Tenants cannot be members of the APR Condominiums Phase 3 Owner’s Association (OA). But as a resident of APRC P3, it is incumbent that all tenants are registered and approved as members on the ApnaComplex portal.  The portal membership does not translate into membership of the Owner’s Association for the tenant, as only owners can be the members of the Owner’s Association.
In case you are not on the ApnaComplex portal already, follow the procedure below.

In case you own a flat or are a tenant in Bougainvillea, Daffodil, Maple, Jasmine, Jacaranda, Hibiscus, Mayflower and Lotus Towers, please proceed as per the instructions below:

If you are not already on ApnaComplex, then the first thing you need to do is create an ApnaComplex account. To do so, follow the below instructions:
  1. Go to https://www.apnacomplex.com/ and click the login button on top right
  2. Click “Create An Account” button in the centre bottom of the screen.
  3. Enter your personal details & confirmation code on the left side of the screen and click "Create Account". Please enter the email id which you will use to access ApnaComplex.

  5. Click the activate link in the email to activate your ApnaComplex account
  6. If everything goes fine, it will show you a Congratulations message in browser which says that your account is successfully activated. If not, you make have to repeat all the steps
Now that ApnaComplex account is created or if you already had an ApnaComplex account, the next step is to join the ApnaComplex portal. To do so, please follow the below instructions

  • Once the admins approve your request, the portal will show in your ApnaComplex home page as one of your complexes allowing you to browse, post new discussions on forums, participate in polls, surveys, etc ...
  • Once your membership to the ApnaComplex portal is approved, you may apply for MyGate access by using the link - https://aprc-p3-mygate.blogspot.com/.

Alternative: In-case you are unable to complete the joining process, because the portal is not allowing you to attach the documents, please send all the documents and your membership request to em@aprcp3.in and asst.em@aprcp3.in

You can also install ApnaComplex app from Google Play store/App Store if you have an android device/iOS device, so that a few commonly used social interaction features can be used natively from your mobile device. Windows Phone users currently have to use the browser only.

What are the documentation requirements to join the ApnaComplex portal?

Documents required for Owners:
  1. Photo ID Proof - Can be Indian/foreign
  2. Current Address Proof - Can be Indian/foreign
  3. Proof of Ownership or Proof of Investment
The first two could be any that are acceptable by Public and Private sector enterprises, banks, departments and utilities (Passport, Driving License, Aaadhar, Voters Id Card etc). However, the Ownership proof must be one of the below as applicable:
  • Agreement of sale and Construction (only the first few pages which shows your name and apartment nos.)
  • Sale Deed (only the pages which shows your name and apartment nos.)
  • Possession letter/certificate from the developer
  • In case you are investor/buyer and you do not have a access to soft copy and hard-copy of your agreement for whatever reason, you may share the latest Statement of Account from the builder, parking allocation letter or even a letter from them showing your investor status,  but you will still have to submit your agreement pages back to membership committee, once you can get hold of your agreement. Your data (especially if you are sharing statement of account) will be kept secure and kept confidential, but we do not RECOMMEND this at all unless you have a tearing emergency to join.

No deviations/exceptions are allowed on Proof of Ownership or Proof of Investment as extensive tailoring on what can be submitted has already been provided.

Also please try to sign (self-attestation) all the pages of the documents [1-3] you are submitting for association membership, though it’s not mandatory.

Documents required for Tenants:
  1. Photo ID Proof - Can be Indian/foreign
  2. Rental agreement, which is valid for a minimum of 1 month from the date of application
The first one could be any that are acceptable by Public and Private sector enterprises, banks, departments and utilities (Passport, Driving License, Aaadhar, Voters Id Card etc).

Submit copies of the relevant pages of rental agreement which shows name of tenant(s), name of owner and flat no, as well as the tenure of the tenancy. This proves your tenancy as well as Address proof in case you are residing in the apartment (society act requirement). The rental agreement tenure will also be captured in the ApnaComplex portal. The tenant’s membership gets deactivated after the last date of the tenancy, as per the agreement. To renew, a renewed rental agreement needs to be submitted.

Also please try to sign (self-attestation) all the pages of the documents [1-2] you are submitting for association membership, though it’s not mandatory.
